The Mercer County Park Commission seeks an enthusiastic and experienced individual to manage Capital City Farm , a 2-acre urban farm in Trenton, New Jersey. The Farm Manager works with and reports directly to the Director of the Pleasant Valley Historic District/Howell Living History Farm.   • Conduct needs assessments to determine appropriate plan of services for families
  • Provide individual counseling, family counseling, and/or parent training to sessions on a short-term basis

  • Collaborate with other agencies and systems including community providers, school systems, court systems, etc.

Education Requirements:

  • Masters degree required in social work, counseling, or related field
