Bidder by registering and accepting this card and bidding at auction assumes a legal responsibility to pay for lots sold to him with no exchanges, refunds, or refusal allowed.
All vehicles are offered as is, where is, and becomes the property and responsibility of the bidder at the time of sale.

If a problem arises and the vehicle has to be returned at a police request, we will be responsible for the sale price only.
